These terms and conditions apply to all use of the website and associate services. You are bound to these terms simply by using the website, but specifically you agree to the terms when you register and make a purchase. If not do not agree to these terms then you may not use the BigTPoker services.

Warranty

BigTPoker is offered as an educational entertainment service. As individuals vary no guarantee as to the applicability of the services, and no guarantee of personal improvement or achievement can be made.

BigTPoker is a collection of services, including but not limited to a web site, server instances, email traffic, and client programs. Given the complexity of the service, and price point at which it is offered, no guarantee of availability or correct functioning can be offered.

To be clear, these services are provided on an "as is" and "as available". BigTPoker makes no representations or warranties of kind, express or implied, as to the fitness, applicability, availability, materials, or operations of this site. Use of this site is at your sole risk.

Credits

Credits are offered for free and for purchase through various incentives and packages. These are not a good, they are a mechanism to allow metered access to the BigTPoker service. Credits are assigned to specific users and have no resale value and are non-transferable.

The acceptance of an offer to purchase credits is a binding transaction, and the credits in this sense are an allowance of use of a service and have no value in their own right. Unused portions of the payed for service (left-over credits), are not refundable. Nonetheless, in the eventuality of a refund credits obtained via an offer are considered expended first, before the expenditure of zero cost or promotional credits.

Good will deviations from this policy do not constitute a change to the policy, nor grant any expectation of future good will.

Privacy

Your activities on BigTPoker will be presented to other users in various forms. Many of these presentations will identify your account along with this data. There is no expectation of anonymity or privacy -- though feel free to make up a name or use any email address you'd like. This data specifically includes, but is not limited to, credit balance, game scores, game progress, ranks, friend listings, preferences, and access times.

For this reason only a minimal amount of data will be required to make use of the services. Additionally some data will be kept confidential nonetheless. Such data includes transaction history, and additional information used for billing.

Email is a special case in that it will only be presented to other users during an operation in which it is required to identify you. This includes, but is not limited to, invitations, challenges, and emails sent through the service.

Upon request your account may be deactivated an all your information will be anonymized or removed. Certain information, such as billing information, will be kept as internal records for as long as legally required.

Your personal data will not be shared or sold to other companies.

Communications

By providing BigTPoker with your email address upon registration you agree to the use of this email address for communications from us and other users of our service via one of the mechanisms which results in an email being sent.

Notices will additionally be provided on the website.

You agree that all such notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications via these channels satisfies any legal need for written communications.
