complete
In games with a bring in the first forced bet may be smaller than the small bet. The bring-in, or the players to their left, has the option to complete the bring-in bet. That can thus fold, call the bring-in amount, raise up to two times the small bet, or simply complete the small bet. The bring-in is usually smaller than the small bet, thus this represents a new option to the player.
In a $5/10 fixed limits game of 7 card stud Timothy is to the left of the bring-in who has chosen not to complete. The be to Timothy is thus $3. Timothy may now fold, call the $3, complete to $5, or raise to $10.
