A flush draw is a drawing hand which has four matching suits thus needing only one more of that suit to make a flush.

The above is a flush draw. It is sometimes also referred to as the four flush.

A flush, in normal cases, has 9 outs. In games where other cards are visible the number of outs may be lower if another player is showing one of the needed cards.
