A flop in hold'em which has three distinct suits is called a rainbow flop. They have special significant since they guarantee that nobody can have a flush, or flush draw at this time.

This is an example of a rainbow flop. A player with a suited pocket would be a significant underdog at this point and couldn't likely justify calling even a moderate bet.
