A split pot is what occurs when one or more players are to win the pot. It can either occur due to a tie hand, or through an intentional split such as in Omaha Hi-Lo.

Should the division of a pot leave an indivisible chip it is standard that this extra chip go to the first winner on the left of the dealer.
