suited cards

Suited cards are any cards which have the same suit. This may refer to 2 or more cards, but is most often used in the case of just 2 or 3 cards.

The above are suited cards as they are all spades. In hold'em the term may be used to refer to a situation in which just two of the community cards are suited. In that case it has particular relevance to a flush draw.

Cards, such as 9♠ T♠ which is suited and has successive ranks, are known as suited connectors.
